I HAVE DEPOSITED Rs 550 IN THE NAME OF DELL INDIA PVT. LTD. IN CITIBANK LKO. ON 13/09/10 FOR THE RE CERTIFICATION OF THE WARRANTY.IT WAS ASKED BY ONE OF THE EXEXCUTIVE AND HE ASSURED ME THAT AN ENGINEER WILL VISIT MY PLACE WITHIN 2 DAYS..BUT ITS MORE THAN A MONTH AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED THOUGH I AM CALLING THEM REGULARLY.PLZ HELP ME OUT AS I NEED TO GET MY LAPTOP FIXED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ABOVE REF WE ARE FINALIZED THE ORDER TO DELL. WE ARE FULL FILL ALL DOCUMENT AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS. AGAINST THAT DELL WAS FORWARD THE ORDER ACCEPTANCE TO ME. THAN FULL AMOUNT DIMAND DRAFT WERE SEND TO DELL. AFTER FEV DAYS DELL RETURN BACK THE DD. AFTER DISCUSSION WITH CONCERN PERSON HE SAID THE PRICES OF PRODUCT WERE HIKE AND WE ARE NOT SUPPLY THE MATERIAL WITH THIS PURCHEASE ORDER AND QUOTATION. THOUGH IT IS IN VAILD TIME PERIOD AS PER QUOTATIONPL LOOK IN TO MATTER

order for Adaptor of Dell Inspiron Laptop on 21th April 2010 with Dell Sales deparment in chennai. Payment was done
online as per their system. It was told me that shipment will take place within 6-7 working days at the address
given by me which is in the DELHI itself. It has been now 20 DAYS since I placed this order & yet i've not recived
it...
