[Resolved] Dell Inspiron All - In - One 2310 — Desktop not working properly since the day it's purchased | |||
We purchased a Dell inspiron all-in-one desktop in July,2011. A week after it was purchased the desktop gets crashed. after 2-3 times calling the tech support, an executive comes & changes the MBD & HDD, but OS disk is missing. We are advised to purchase it from Dell. We buy it, and get it couriered. The tech support executive over the phone gets the operating system installed on the system, but since then there's no sound in the system and there's no TV card. We are tired of calling up Tech Support guys and lodging complaints, but its for no avail. Basicaly, the desktop is in no working condition since the day it has been purchased. We just tired and are wondering why the hel we invested 50K rupees and bought this junk. Was this information helpful? | |||
