This is with regards to the new DELL Laptop that i bought on 13th June 2013. On 2nd day i faced the issue of Laptop recovery for which I had to connect to technical department for 4 days of 3 hours each. After 4 days i started facing problem of system slowdown and it takes lot of time to start my laptop and even to open applications. After 10 days there is a permanent battery failure for which I am not able to on the laptop and use it.
I have already registered the complaint once but NO ACTION IS TAKEN. Its the second month of purchasing the laptop and the initial complaint was registered on the second day of purchase. Every time the Dell Team provides one or the other excuses.
I have escalated the complaint to Dell Escalation department, Area Manager, Store Manager.
From 2nd day of purchase I have registered the complaint and its the second month going on and still there is no action neither solution has taken place. Was this information helpful? |
