My demat account number 35434105and ICICI Bank Ltd DPID No.IN302679. I have not received Username and Password so far. Please look into matter and do the needful. It is almost nearing two month the time it was despatched I had received the other item like Instruction Booklet for TIFD, IDTand PLEDGE but surprice to hear how I have not received the User ID and Pin code send to the same address Where I received the Booklet.
Very simple is ICICi have to call the First flight courier Service inform them to call the Telephone No and the Mobile No to find the location even now they can do this
