Dear sir,
This is inform to you that the cable TV network run by glaxy TV network for last 15 year in meerut and its adjoiningarea..
They have force to consumer to purchase the set top Box worth Rs. 1000/- and installation charges is extra . so how it is possible to poor man to purchase the set top box. the glaxy network carry on major channel like astha, divy and any other channel shifted analog to digital set top box . So please do necessary action immediatley.

sir i am trying to contact you for last 2 months about the neo cricket channel because the channel is not tunning at my tv i am complaning for last 2 months but there is no action on my complain and am asked to cut my connection and i am abused so please listen to my problem and take action on it.because i am a very big fan of cricket and for last two series i am not able to watch the cricket match.so please change the channel no.
i am from meerut.my cable operator is DEN GALAXY, budhana gate, meerut.

Guys!!! I caution you not to buy this crap. The customer service is pathetic. No one is there to help in case of even a small issue. i have been having issues getting the box installed since 2 months. Several calls to customer care and my cable wala. But all in vain.

Moreover its better to have your own Dish Satellite. So go for Dish TV, Tata Sky, Videocon D2H or any other. The overall cost is almost same but much more peace of mind.
