[Resolved] Den Networks — Service cancelled without intimation | |||
Dear Sir, I am Renil Padmanabhan residing in kengeri satellite town, Bangalore. I had requested for a cable connection with set top box from DEN networks. They took almost two months to provide one. After installing the device there are regular technical issues. Whenever i tried to contact DEN customer care they would agree to set right the issue within 48hours, but would neither come to resolve the issue nor even contact us. From past two weeks there has been some technical issue with the set top box and inspite of calling DEN several times, they have not sent any person to resolve this matter. The local cable operator never responds to our call. We have really got trapped with such a poor technical network. WeI need some serious help in this regard. I'm Arun Babu, Media technician. I'm living in Kerala, Cochin, Chengamanad village under the cable network of DEN ELGEE VISION. This is to inform you our network service is very bad here. This is the second time the operator disconnect whole the channels while CCL is going in the Surya TV. If you have any problem with the Sun network, why the costumers should suffer it. This is very bad and cheap action. I[censored] you want just cut Surya TV only why the others. I'm also going to notice this to other Channels. Don't try to make fools. Arun Babu, Media technician.
