[Resolved]  dentist — Dentist was premium but work was poor quality

Dear All,
I live in UK but visited India to do some work on fitting a crown. I paid premium 18000 to get a single tooth fixed. While doing the work the crown was broken as I heard the click(break) sound while dentist was pushing it down. He was talking to him about issues. He sent me out without telling me about the problems. After few days I left the India to UK and a day later I felt lot of small pieces in my mouth. I contacted the Denist and he assured me to resolve everything and was very apologetic.

Now it is almost 3years, I wanted to go get it done but the Dentist ignored my request and claiming that it is not his or the crown's fault. He says I can get the work done as the product is under warranty. Dentist claim that he is no longer at the practice and cannot help me. I tried my best but no hope to get it fixed.

Please advise me, where can I complain? Are there any bodies that regulate these practices ?
Also this Dentist arranged an orthodontics work for my wife and charged 17500 for it. Every thing came off while in flight so we are cheated completely by this practice in Cochin.

We have done similar work with other Dentist in Cochin and regret that we got into some con dentist practice.
