Deutsche Bank — CREDIT CARD

This complaint is regarding the calls received for credit card payments on card no: [protected]

Which I hold since. I got a Cheque dropped favoring card a/c of Rs.2000 (ICICI Bank Cheque) at ATM on 23.04.08.

Even then I was repeatedly receiving calls from DB Collection deptt from someone called Rohit and from No.[protected] on 25/04/08 between 2.15pm to 2.40 pm. After communicating to him the Cheque details he forced for some cash payment.

I was on a board Meeting and received 10 calls from him.

Therefore, please send an updated statement and get the payments cleared and cancel the card ASAP as I do not want to continue the relationship with DB.

I will take legal action against the Bank, if I receive any calls further. I am also stopping the Cheque issued to you and sending someone to deposit Rs.2000 on this A/C.

I Nayaz pasha bearing card no. [protected] was unable to make payments from last 3 months as was hospitalized and hence I would like to know the status of my card. Do I need to make total payment of rs 67192.38/- else can I make minimum payment of rs.20, 266.69/- as per statement generated on Feb. 12 2009 statement. I was paying regularly but because of health issue was unable to do the same . I wish to know whether my card will be reactivated after minimum repayment. Plz do reply for this mail waiting for your valuable feedback…

This is Subhranshu. I had an Deutsche Bank credit card. That card is settled . I ve already been paid the amount. But still I an receiving bank statement. I ve informed bank this issue. Do I need to take any action?

nbank executive told that I will receive statement up to next 6 months... But my question is that it OK to receive statement after the card settlement or the bank executive is making me foolish or any other reason could be there? lease help

this is to inform you that i am recevied a call for every 7 to 10 days from deutsche bank that you have a credit card of deutsche bank.

but i have not recevied a credit card from the said bank.

please advice what can i do
