[Resolved] DEV FLORA — Non delivery of order till 20 days | |
i have ordered on 24/10/09 cadbury chocolate cost 249rs/-(order no:D[protected]to be delivered to rishikesh on 25/10/09.but it wasnt delivered till now.I got two time resonse from their side that it has been delivered.but i found out it wasnt.Moreover after so many complaint no feedback was from their side.And instead of them calling me, I have to call them several time for getting update about my order.Now it has been 20 days.It was a birthday gift.Do this company give any importance to customer satisfaction or not? Customer has to take pain to get informaion about his own delivery. Was this information helpful? | |

This order has been delivered and the same has been confirmed by the Receiver . The Receivers details are as follows .. Kindly call and confirm ...princi rawat .phone -- [protected] ..

I agree, I had requested Devflora for a bouquet delivery on Valentine's day. They never delivered it to the address, and never bothered to call me regarding the non delivery. Also, the numbers given in the websites are useless as they never pick the calls. No replies to emails as well. I have written atleast 5 emails and called them atleast a dozen times so far. I lost my money as well as my reputation.
