[Resolved] DFIN Technologies — SALARY NOT PAID FRAUD COMPANY FRAUD BACKGROUND CHEATED GUYS IN PATNA FRAUD OF 30 LACS | |||
FRAUD COMPANY , SALARY NOT PAID Myself Dinesh Kumar has joined Dfin Technologies , Noida in October , as a post of Team Leader , Company has not paid my salary & also not paid the salary of 15 employees working there as a designation of Software Developer & Assistant Software Developer , The Guy who calls himself the Director of the Company Mr. Dilip Srivastava This guy is a fully cheater guy , He is having my bond amount of Rs.30,000 & 15 Bond Amount of that Employees also , This guy is not having any project , & he is only doing fraud , he is charging Rs.30,000 from every candidate as a bond amount for 1 year & after that giving them project training which he calls as live project but there is no live project , and after 3 months he is terminating every candidate & selecting other , This guy is doing campus placement in colleges like RKGIIT & KIT where he charged Rs.12,000 per candidate as a amount in Black , Now a days he left the office which is in A-57 , Sec 16 , Noida , now he has opened a new company in Sector 2 , When i researched about this person , I got to know that he is a fully cheater person , & he is making a revenue by this process , by doing fraud charging bonds from the candidates who are outsiders like me , he only hires the villager who are not having any power to sue him , like me but Mr. Dilip Srivastav if you are reading this kindly note my points you will never be happy in life by doing all this type of things & this will lead you to the Jail & you will be regarded as a Criminal in Society . When i researched about this person , i got to know that this company is totally fraud & a racket who are doing this type of Fraudelent Tasks to make money , might be they are from any terrorist group , This guy is having a team in which there is a Girl Ekta Garg who is charging money as a bond amount from the simple villager guys , I have also got to know that there is no branches in patna or chennai or hyderbad all this is , & this guy is also a , shame on you Dilip Srivastava you are calling yourself Director , you are nowhere man . Beware of this company and help me to get salary of mine and other staff from him. i m going to join dfintechnologies on 24 january. they want 20000 Rs as bond amount. plz tell me should i join or not. plz help me. is it fraud?
yes it is a fraud dont ever think to do that else they will take your bond and make you a fool
Yes you are right Mr Dinesh Kumar. i am also Fully agree with you. your are saying about only 15 employe but there is more than 50 innocent guys gripped by this Company...
I had also paid an amount of Rs. 20, 000 as bond amount, they told that it will be refundable after 1 year.

i am Alok employee of dfin technologies on java . some one created a fake email id using my name .truely speeking 1 month and 20 days i have completed here and i got my first salary. i trust on dfin technologies . some bloody ediot and son of two fathers named alok_dfin and there team (who ever they are ) creating rumour against dfin technology . if you are having the guds come to the office i am giving you gurranty i'll beat you till that time you are not dead. bloody ...

Just looking at the anxiety such sites may create! Even after objectionable language they are publishing any comments. Further, kummo.[protected]@gmail.com seems to me as one of the unlucky cases every training company has due to less attention or probable misunderstanding. Such cases shall not be dealt on a site which is on nobody's site, what they want is hits and pagerank. To be logical Indian Government is not that cheap to earn dollars from Adsense isn't it so 1. This website is fake. 2. If it is having some moral grounds of clearance of facts published, why the publisher is not showing up, so actually if somebody is , he is the owner of the site. But overall the episode seems to me entertaining, more even if the publisher of the site still publishes this message which calls his/her/sixer's website a fake and self a . Further, people should in market for offers, market is full of them, to prove their own worth rather than providing free of cost content to such websites.
Dfin is the worst company, i and my friend are going to lodge complaint with voice and video recording of everyone .. my friend discovered that without money no one get entry in DFIN TEChnologies, moreover first time we have seen that company director is asking money directly and if somebody is not giving money they dont entertain... moreover DFin technology is totally fake as they are fooling pepole. i was aloso one of them who has been fooled of by them . they have charged money from me too along with all candidates on floor. few of them havnt recvd salary from one and a half month and they are just praying fro GOD that Atleast they shud get the amount which has been invested 20k each. whoz so ever have came for interview thay must have noticed staff of DFIN, EKta HR manager, i beleive she is not even graduate, Avinash Bihari Babu, Ajay the silver spoon of so called cheater Director... i challange all the employees of difin that they are not doing work genuinely...

No this is not a fraud company.If you have any doubt then plesae come to our branch office.I am giving you assurance that nobody is cheated by honourable management of Dfin Technology.
DFIN technology is doing fraud, till date candidates havnt rcvd any salary and moreover out of frustation candidates are writting abuzing languages in dfin office... ab toh fraud bandh karo... aur haannn dfin ne apna training brouchure bhi nikala hai... jab company kholne ki aukat hi nahi thi toh kholi kyon... still we didnot work on any project then exp kya ghante se aayega (ajay)...saale(ajay) ko team leader kisne bna diya hai...
and we passed out 2mnth in this company, but still do not get any salary,

My name is Mahek. i join this company at 10th dec 2010 and after that i work with this organisation the comments wrotes on upper is tottally dissapointed the organisation is good and they gave the salary at proper time period some prblms will be occured on starting of the initial month and then after its work properly. i hope my comment is better releif for those students who desnt believe on the organisation and they do not join the organisation.

I m agree with Dinesh... ye company chor hai... ye company campus recruitment k liye aayi thi kch bande saelect kiye than unki joining date postpone krte gye... aur joining k baad jab 1 month ki salary dene ka time aaya to bolte hai ki hum log salary 45 days k bad denge... this company is not even registerd on MCA ( Ministary of Corporate Affairs)... these guys are jus frauds... any one can joi this company by giving 20000 rupees and can gain their so called experience without any salary being paid...

I am seriously atonished to see this comment by my name and that too on the day when i had left the organization all the details /information framed in this comment got nothing to do with me, i mean thats very clear i am from marketing i got nothing to do with capus selection thing . and the person using my name make sure i never use sms language to write any thing and at least make sure your sentence should be grammaticly correct . please dont spoil my image by these types of comment or wrong english . Guys my personal suggestion to you all is to go to the company's address meet the concerned people and resolve your problem' s .
