how do i applie indian cdc plese u can gide for me.

Sir am peter Alexander.I applied for CDC (no:980247, valid till 29.10, 2021) renewal on 29th august 2013.And still am waiting for CDC.
My file number is AB/2449/13.
Am humbly requesting for considering my situation.as soon as possible

I have applied for fresh Indian CDC through trident college of marine and technology, kolkata in july, 2013, in the category of GP RATING. My file no. is SMO(M)/2009/13059 .. As per government rule, there is 90 days time period to issue that certificate to the applicant but till I have not got my CDC and there is no way by which I can trace the status of my file. I have done so many calls and email to the department but didn't get not any positive response from their side. I am so much frustrated and not understanding that what should I do further. Please inform me the status of my CDC so that I can take next step in my future. I keenly request you. I will be thankful to you.

Sir I need the certificate should contain expiry date, for my job, my CDC contain only date of issue that is 13/02/2006 and the CDC number is MUM 133423.Please do the needful.
