DHBVN Faridabad — Current passing in 10-12 homes from Transformer and no one is responding from last 4 days

This is regarding the complaints logged with electricity department.

On Saturday(27th June 09) night we registered the complaint regarding no electricity in 10-12 houses . On sunday evening(after 20 Hrs) it was attended and since then the cusrrent is passing in every electronic item in these houses. We are continuously registering complaints with them, one fine evening some line men with Incharge visited and told that yes there is problem with Transformer and cables that need to be checked but because it was dark in evening so he told us that he will visit on tuesday morning. No one visited after that evening and the current is flowing in every electronic item.

Today on 01 Jul 09, they called us telling that check with private electrician we cannot do anything.

Who will be responsible if anything unfortunate happened. There are small kids in these houses who will not listen and can touch these electronics.

Please do something for immidiate response as it a very serious issue that can lead to a big damage to anyone's life.

The complaint number from Saturday are: 660, 718, 687c.
