Dt. 22/06/2011 The Complaint Officer Sub: Average Bill Not Adjusted Till Date K-no [protected] A/c HB 19-1382 Bill No 12116603 bill month sept-2010 Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I was getting average bill when my electric meter was faulty approximately Rs. 1000/- every month. During the period[protected] to[protected] they sent me an inflated average bill of Rs. 2447/- Which was at least two time higher then normal average bill. And they told me to pay the bill as it will get adjusted to next bill, Which I paid on[protected]. It has not been adjusted till date. I request you to kindly look into the matter & order to concern person to adjust the inflated average bill. I shall be highly thankful to you. Below a letter which we have mailed to all the departmenta people of DHBVN, Power Minister, Chief Minister of Haryana, M.P of Faridabad. But No action is taken from their endt till no. We are getting only 4-6 hours power supply. No one is hearing our voice. Kindly publish it in the news paper or other media, so that we may get justice.

We are the consumers of Dakshin Haryan Bijli Vitaran Nigam, we are living in dark last few weeks, despite of several telephonic complaints to the authorities, there are no solutions.
Kindly ask the concern authorities to look into the matter and resolve our problems.
An early action in this regards is highly soliciated.
Our locations are:
Basantpur Village, Basanpur Colony A, B, C & D block, Ismail Pur, Panchsheel Enclave, Pansheel Colony, Shivam Colony, Shiv Vihar Part II, . All these area are under Mathura Road SDO in your judicial Area.

IS GOING TO LISTEN TO THE CONSUMER/S AND THE PUBLIC. AS THE CONSUMER/PUBLIC IS/ARE THIEF /THIEVES FOR DHBVN AND NOT THE CUSTOMER/S . THIS IS THE MOST CORRUPT DEPTT./EVEN MORE THAN POLICE.
PRIVATISATION IS THE ONLY SOLUTION . LDC & CA/S ARE DHBVN PAID CONSULTANTS --i.e.
GETTING PAY FROM DHBVN- AND TAKING UNDUE ADVANTAGE IN THE NAME OF NEW METER /REPLACEMENT- OVERHAULING OF THE METER/S ETC.ETC. METERS OF DHBVN STAFF AND OR THEIR
RELATIVES MUST BE CHECKED FROM TIME TO TIME . DHBVN IS GOING IN LOSS NOT BECAUSE OF CLIENTS BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN STAFF/OFFICERS . THESE PEOPLE (LDC /CA )SHOULD/ MUST BE PUT UNDER SCANNER BY CBI/CID ESPECIALLY DURING THE PERIOD WHEN THE BILL/S ARE DUE.
WHEN TOTAL COMPUTERISATION IS THERE WHY THERE ARE LONG QUE/S IN FRONT OF LDC/ CA/S.?
