[Resolved]  Dhl Express (I) Pvt. Ltd. — wrong fine- traffic police

Dear Sir,

I dont know if this works.... but still I would like to put down a few points from my side. Today 1st sept. 09, I parked my bike in front of State Bank of India well within Parking limits and there is no sign of NO Parking there and several other vahicles also parked. Our Smart Traffice Police and his Gundas came and picked my vehicle for no parking... on arguement the Smart Policeman asks me to do whatever I can and to go and complain whereever I can, because nothing is going to happen to him and charged me a fine of 150/- I insisted on the receipt so he gave me a reciept of rs.100 reciept.NO. 113 on account of 119/177 the sign on that receipt is P.M. Kakde .
Then he gave me another reciept of 50/- signed by Ajit Baban Sangle- from Vadgaon sheri branch. reciept no. 4068. I fail tto understand why is a Vadgaon sheri branch charging me in Fatima Nagar.
The best part is that the person who has signed on both the reciept is not the one mentioned on the stamp as above, that means it is clear fraud of signing someone elses name. But no one can do anything to them so its OK for them to do a fraud.
I pay a tax of around 1.5 lacs and must be paying these goons salaries also but still I was pushed to pay the fine or else my vehicle would have gone, cant fight with them as they are coming with Gundas these days.
No One can do anything to these guys specially pune police, mumbai police still plays a bit safe but pune police thinks they can do anything they want and no one can question them.

Infact I would like to file a police complaint for this... but then what am I talking about again "police complaint".... I have to train my self to give up.
