File a Complaint
I totally agree with you on this. I am also a victim of Reliance Passport scam.I am from Kochi, Kerala and had similarly taken RP sim for a europe trip. It has almost been 4 months since I returned the sim and the 10, 000/- security deposit has not been refunded. There has not been any response from Reliance inspite of my regular calls and emails. The worst part being, my total amount payable is only Rs.750/- and Reliance has encashed my security deposit cheque for Rs.10, 000/-.
I regret availing this service and at last hope would look at filing a written complaint at consumer protection forum.

Nishanth
