Few o[censored]s have your Digi-Cable Set top- -Box whose model no is C371N. None of them is working from December, 2010. As we are ask- -ing the reason from our Cable Operator, they replied that return us your set top box and get 50% of its original price and also the cable which we are watching now is creating problems such as most of the time the channels are becoming still. We want to know that why they have sold us Digi-Cable set top box and as they have sold it then why it is not working properly. If on this matter any serious step is not taken then we have take legal help.
