Dimex India has no supply & work Contract with Mr Asish Bansal.
Mr.asish Bansal never made any payment to Dimex India.
Mr Bansal was repeated´ly informed that Dimex only introduces, & supply its products through their venders.
All end buyers make the supply contracts with venders & not with Dimex India.
A defermation suit is being discussed with the lawyers against Mr .Asish Bansal
