Credit card fraud case debited 5499 Rs
Dear sir / madam
We received a call from dining plus delhi who spoke in hindi and introduced himself as an executive from HDFC credit card and said your credit card payments are good. we are offering a discount card for this credit card and different different good offer and asked the card number and Name. From the credit card they claimed Rs. 5499 without my authorization to date of 23/2/2013. and After many repeated calls to this company no executives are available but they can not give satisfied answer till today.
I got msg on mobile with amount 5499 rs deduction and below details

I received a phone call informing that I can get big discount on credit card bills for travel and hotel stay and for purchases from shops.
The call came from diningplus. The person said they will send discount card free along with Gift.
The person said they have to verify my credit card name and number to make the offer active.
But after the call I got SMS from bank that Rs. 5499.00 is deducted.
THIS is complete cheating.
I have not received any card or any gift from them till now.
They gave number for contacting for further details.
But there is no reply at all.
After fewday i got a sms your credit card has been debited for Rs. 5499.00.
They almost cheated me kindly help me to get back this amount from them
