[Resolved] Dining Plus Card — Cheating by Proming SBI Platinum Discount Card | |||
Two months back one Executive who told me he is SBI Credit Card Executive contacted me & explained me about 'Discount Card' thru SBI , thru which we can get discount from the Purchases we make. I was asked to pay Rs.6,999/- thru the SBI CARD & also he told while payment time they will inform you that the card is DINING Card, since they are courier people they don't, so you say yes, based on that one more executive contacted after that i have paid Rs.6,999/- thru SBI Card. Even the executive told me that i can concert it into 3 yrs EMI !!. After two weeks, I have received DINING CARD, So I have contracted the sales executive thru the PHONE 91 [protected] & 91 [protected] & ASKED THEM to cancel my DINING Card & Return the Money as I need only GENERAL DISCOUNT CARD FROM SBI CARDS, now they say the CARD Cannot be cancelled. When I approach CACHE MERCANTILE[protected] , they are not speaking in English, they say DINING CARD CAN BE CANCELED BUT AMOUNT IS NON REFUNDABLE Was this information helpful? | |||

Dining Plus Card — not received card
Amount paid through SBICREDIT CARD.but card not received since one year sir, my name is sub p.jayavelu reddy, b, coy, 1 advance base work shop, EME, C/O 99APO, NARENGI, GUWAHATI, ASSAM-781171, mob no [protected], cardno[protected], returned on[protected] by courier no -k47161614 due to few official commitments i un able to use your card so, pl refund my amount.
Dining Plus Card — Cheated & Theft Money from Credit Card
Dear Sir/Madam,I have receive call from Dinning Plus Card but i have never assured to your guise charge me 5499/- in my credit card statement . person has told me you will get free of cost this card. and till now i have not receive any card/document from them ,I donot require the card at all. but my bank had charged in my statement. I request you to kindly help me to get back my money from them.

An executive was constantly following up with me for taking a SBN Card. Upon his request, i submitted the completed application form on 24/05/2008 and i was promised that the card will reach me within a week.Till today the card has not reached me and i have surrendred my existing citibank card based on the promise. Now i need to make official travels and i am forced to carry cash.
Now the executive is not picking up my call nor responding.
This is a very bad experinece in the beginnig of a relationship.
Pls look into and do the needful
