Dining Plus — cheating by Dining Plus and lower rating on CIBIL | |||
My CIBIL rating has been lowered and it is affecting my loan prospectus. I did not pay an amount debited to my SBI credit card towards dining plus transaction around 18 months ago. I had then requested SBI to reverse this transaction. Dining plus have been cheating people. I seek an assistance so that the SBI report due to this (only) Dining plus transaction is nullified. card no 29 10204 in the name of AJAY S KAJAVE is despatched to me in promise that kolhapur has coverge of SHOPS but there is only one shop of flower so I need not required this card kindly repay my money immediately. Dear SK Kotwani,

Dining Plus — cheating
I have been forged by dining plus pack and have debited rs 5499 from my SBI credit card and the bank have also debited that in to my account on 29/10/2011 with out consulting or writing me... please do the needful and revert my amount in to my account.
