Dining Plus — on line cheating by debiting an amount Rs.5499 from my credit card | |||
Person fron Dining plus called me and asked regarding co .he told me this card will be free of cost asCo is giving previlige to VISA card holders. and you will get no of benefits. He clearly told me there will be no charge at all.he asked about my credit card etc .After 10 min or so a phone came from Axis bank and told me an amount of rs 5499 has been charged from your credit card.Immediately I request bank to stopped any payment from my credit card and issue a fresh credit card. I requested bank to revert back the money as without my permission how the co has deducted the amount.This means bank is not having any fulproof system, because when i purchase any thing online they asked me for secret no and verified by visa. How this transcation happened , till date i am not able to understand.In this case bank is also equally responsible for this type fraud. Kindly do necessary action to get my hard earning money from Co. ( dining Plus) or axis bank whose credir card is with me. Thanks. My E-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I had a similar incident. when I tried to talk to diningplus about the fradulent transaction they had with me, they never agreed and told me to adopt any legal measure that suits me.
I contacted HDFC as their card was charged. I was overwhelmed by the nature of their response. they took up the case and within the stipulated time ( 3 months) i have received a letter from HDFC that the matter is resolved and as the member bank could not produce any document for authorization of transaction, the case is in my favour and i need not pay Rs. 5499 as it was charged by dining plus.
Talk to HDFC bank.
They are having details of your card, in your best interest i think you should block this card and apply for a new one to save yourself from a greater risk in the future.

I also got this phone call today. I want to know that are you shared your credit card number or any details with that guy. I didn't share any information with this guys and told that i am not interested in this discount card. I don't know how they are doing this fraud. I just want to know .. you shared your card information or not??
