[Resolved]  Dish Tru HD From Dish TV — Cheating in Recharge Packs of Dish Tru Hd

I purchased a Dish Tv's Dish Tru HD Connection before 3 months ago.

At the time of purchase Dish TV offiered me a South Platinum pack free for 1 month worth Rs. 450/- p.m.

When second month come and time to come for recharge my dish tru HD I want to change my pack of Rs. 450/- because there is lots of bogus channels included in that pack.

But when I inquired to Dish Tv for change in base pack Dish tv told me that there is no packs available for Dish Tru HD I have to take only Rs. 450/- or Rs. 550/- pack for dish tru HD.

This is ridiculous.

@ dish tv customer can not choose his own channels.

Do don't buy Dish Tru HD.
go For Tata Sky or Reliance HD.
