I am getting the ITZ CHAH card in my locality particularly as per my required amount. I am holding platinum package. There is no dealer in my locality. There is one dealer in the name of MA TARA ELECTRONICS, probably there are not the dealer of Dishtv, who is keeping dishtv cash card, but those are also not as per my requirement. I got one card amount to Rs.125/- which was recharged through SMS to-day at about 7.15 A.M., and a reply also received from you saying that the transaction has been successfully. But the my account in the TV Screen did not correct. Please show the resean and contact me in my telephone no. [protected]. I am unable to see in in the internet.

sir last night i was pay RS. 3990 to recharge my dishtv at annual pack the man of dishtv custmer care card said me that your dishtv has been recharged but when i on my dishtv my dishtv was not recharged and error on my dish tv 101.CONDITIONAL ACCESS i waited for two days but my dish tv was not recharged and and my renewal date is 9-8-09 which has expired plz take a action to dishtv custmer care card shop and plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz recharge my dishtv my VC NO.[protected] dishtv is a bad company and i copmplaint to you plz recharge my dish tv

Today i am trying to recharge my dish tv package through credit cards but i am very sorry say to that i can not getting through while our last date of recharge is today and my v.c. no. hopeless service in updaing recharge thru netbanking. i have rechrged my vc no [protected] & [protected] on 5/9/2009 by paying Rs.500/- each for recharging both vc ill 8/9/2009 recharge not updated. i feel ads of the company for recharges are baseless and i donot understand why i costumer cannot recharge his vc directly as recharges thru dealers are updated promptly.

Dish TV — Wrong disconnection of services by Dish TV

Hi, My Dish TV connection was disconnected wrongly on 7th October, 09. I was given the reason that my subscription was not renewed by 7th October. This is wrong as the email sent by Dish TV in August clearly stated 17th October as the renewal date, based on which I sent the renewal cheque on 7th Oct. I am now being told that I have to pay rs. 350 to resume disconnected service even though the fault is of Dish TV for sending me a wrong renewal date. Pls help.

I have recharged on 29-11-09 to till date more than five times through [protected] an amount of Rs.250/-by using cash card. But till date it has not been activated . Please look into the matter personally and do the needfull at the earliest.

I’m vinod.t.chauhan from gujarat and I purchased DishTV connection of 1months my v.c.no.[protected] .
I have done dishtv platanum pack recharge for a month, on 09/01/2010 ie tody at 10:55hrs.
my complaint is that even after payment of 358 Rs online from dena SBI Debit card , my account of dish tv has not been activated.
so i m requesting do the needful please.
