how to recharge my DISH TV --Through SMS?

i was recharge last time in may 2009 of dish tv. my receipt no is [protected].
so i got the message today that is your recharge willl be expired in this month feb 2010, but i think this dish tv recharge should be till may 2010. so give me the resone about expired recharge.

communication cut on feb 3...
after one week they can activated..

they cant told any reason...
what can i do for this?..

Dish TV — mobile sms query

dear sir my vc [protected] i sent a sms on DISHTV CQ from mobile [protected] about channel ESPN-STARSPORT beside ESPN and STARSPORTS.I was asked to resend my querry on DISHTV CUSTOMISED which i did but the reply was that sms is incorrect. the reason given is vague and illogic.my other mobile no [protected] which is registered with you is with my son who is out of station for few days.my querry remains unanswered With regards mohan singh 02/02/2010

Dear Sir With reference to the response to my complaint from Mr Amar, on 02/03/2010, I am to request that I had sent a sms on Dishtv CQ from [protected] on 02/03/2010 about channel ESPN-STAR despite ESPN and STARSPORTS which have been in the Gold Pack.I was asked to resend the sms on DISHTV CUSTOMISED which I did. Bur the reply said that sms was incorrect. The reason given was vague and illogical. My dish tv A/c No. is [protected] . I have recharged for Rs 250/- vide dish tv echarge on 18/01/2011 at 20:37 PM. but it was rechrged other vc no [protected]. i discussed so many people at your customer care but i am not ggetting correct answer from any body. .so your services very dull.BSNL & AIRTEL toll Free no is any time buzy. so how much Query? & This is not dish tv It"s Bogus tv.

MY VC NO IS[protected] i gold pack user and i recharge with 225 on 18th january through a retailor and i recieved a conformation sms on 18th jan at 12:54:41 pm on my registered mob.no [protected], for some days i enjoy the dishtv and since 24th jan i can not enjoy any chanel more the 1 minute. after 1 minute it interrupt by displaying RECHARGE YOUR DISH TV SINGNEL CAN NOT FOUND ETC.

my vc no[protected] i rechare by Rs225 on 18th of jan i can only enjoy for few day after recharging it. no signal, recharge you dishtv, etc massege displayed and interrupt the program after 1 or 2 minute running the vt.

Dish TV — Distracting User with wrong messages

Hi,

I am using Dish TV for the past 9 months and my registered mobile number is + 91 [protected] and yesterday while I was watching star cricket there was a message displayed on top of my TV screen "To Continue watching ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 send an SMS with the following contect MOD 50722 to 57575 and the message was displayed continously and I sent the SMS and the message is no longer displayed and after that I received an SMS saying I can watch Movie on channel number 250 and Amount 250 was deducted from my account.

It was a completely irrelevant message to divert the user and charge additional amount and the customer care says I cannot get the money back and they never displayed any message.

I sincerely request not to distract,divert or cheat users by wrong messages.

And I have not watched the movie.I need my amount to be credited back to my account.
