[Resolved]  Dish - TV — You are doomed if you have concealed wiring.

Dear Sir/s,
I have a Dish-TV connection at home which worked fine till a week ago. I placed complaint on the toll free number, on which I was promised 48 hours resolution. Then on a second reminder on the same toll free number, I was asked to have patience for another 48 hours. Finally a couple of technicians turned up at my place for investigation. After tinkering on the settings, they went about on the terrace to check connections. Then after still more tinkering they told me that the cable from the terrace to my home itself is missing. I asked them to restore it etc. The answer that I got is they do not do the cable work if it is a concealed wiring in the house!!
What it means is that they will install the cable upto the Set Top Box reaching from the terrace to your apartment, in a "hanging cable" fashion. It will not bother them about aesthtics and your concealed wiring infrastructure in your apartment be damned!!
I am quite unsatisfied with the response that they give. I think it is a very flimsy reason. After all, I am not asking them to install Dish - TV in an underwater location requiring scuba diving equipment! But it seems concealed wiring is as tought a thing to manage as installing Dish-TV in the ocean.
