Dish TV — Unfair Down grade charges Charged

I am Dish Tv Subscriber of VC # [protected]. Dish TV is charging down grade package charges of Rs.40 every time a customer switches over to a lesser value package. It is ok if a customer is charged one time charges if he opts for a lesser value package. But they are charging it every time when a customer opts for a lesser value package. This is totally unfair. Secondly, when we make internet payment for dish tv, it does not show that we will charged Rs.40 when we opt for different lesser value package and there is no alert showing that the amount what we pay is for 20 or 25 days only instead o[censored]sual one month(since Rs.40 is levied as penal charges). Only after making payment, a customer is known that he is levied penal charges each and every time. And one more issue is Dish TV keeps changing package names best known to them every 6 months and a customer is confused of knowing names of packages. This should be regulated and Customers should be safe guarded against these unfair charges.

Respected Sir/ Madam
I would like to draw your kind attention towards monopoly of satellite TV Network providers Like DISH TV, TATA SKY, BIG TV etc. in non CAS areas. These network providers debar all the channels including FTA channels when the subscription period is over. How can they debar FTA channels which is coming to them free of cost and while Doordarshan's DTH (Direct To Home) dish is showing all FTA Channels Free of cost. Is it our fault that we have bought their set top box while those who bought Doordarshan's DTH set top box they are watching all FTA Channels Free of cost. I mean to say that the subscriber should pay only for the paid channels why we are forced to pay for what is free and some people are getting it free I came to know that these service providers charge not only for service but also for the infrastructure they have set up. How can they charge in such a way while we have also paid to set up some infrastructure (ie. SET TOP BOX) and doordarshan's DTH is not charging for infrastructure.
Moreover Dish Tv penalizes its consumers for Rs. 20/- if the subscription is renewed after due date while the channels are debarred from the very same day. I can't understand why they are charging Rs. 20/-late fee while the service is already deactivated and they have shown nothing during this period. Thirdly they are charging Rs.40/- as down grade charges every a subscriber switches over to a lower pack.
