dish tv / Silver Pack — I already paid Rs250 for two monthsonly for silver pack. But my dishtv's next recharge date is not proper

Dish TV — PrePaid connection not activated even after payment
Even though the company advertises delivery and installation within 24 hours, even after 5 days of making the payment, they have not done that. Nor do they reply to any mails. The customer service executive are useless! I regret taking a pre-paid connection. Dish TV is a horrible company. PLEASE do not go for their connection.72%
