Dish TV — Poor quality
Hi,I am an Dist TV customer and I have been using it for last 2 months. I am having a query related to signal strength and signal quality of my Dish TV. I talked to customer care regarding this and then I come to know that signal quality and signal strength for any channel should not be less than 50%. I found the quality and strength less than 50% in many channels and I also noted them down on a paper. I again placed the complaint to resolve this issue and an engineer has also visited twice to resolve the same issue. He could not resolve this issue and said that in Dish TV you will get these issues with some channels. My question is why Dish TV is not able to provide high quality for all the channels? I request you to resolve this issue ASAP else I have to take some actions against it.
