Dish TV — New connection not delivered

I had ordered for a new dish tv connection through internet on 5th Dec 2010 and got a online Token No. 28025, mentioning within 24 hrs , the product will be delivered at home.
It was charged 690 Rs.
But its almost 10 days passed, no correspondence has done from Dish TV and many times I tried calling their customer care, but they are very careless in handling and rude too.
The keep on saying everyday that by EOD it wl be done etc etc... but no result absolutely.

Please log a complain and do the needful.

My VC Number[protected] paid 4000 Rupees(1 year) to trichy dealer . Every month i have to call more than ten times to recharge. This last 2 month i called more than twenty times, he is not recharge. Dear Friends dont pay full amount to dishtv dealers. always pay for 3 months. They are irritating the customers. Please dont believe them or u pay by online directly to dishtv.

Dish TV — Payment not reflected to my account

This I wrote to Dish TV CC after their reckless answer about my payment which I have made on 19/12/10 and given credit to my account on 30/12/10...

Hello........

What a simple answer it is...where is my complaint ref.51897554? What
happened to this? Where my payment was lying all these days? You can
check how many emails I have sent and how many calls I have made to
Dish TV customer care. I have incurred almost Rs.300/-. Who will pay
this amount? How can you simply close my issue without addressing my
complaints? I need an explanation from you for this delay and the
mental agony you have caused by deactivating and making me to incur
Rs.300/-. Don't try to escape from the realities. And don't answer any
mechanical answers. Please make arrangement to either return the cost
I have incurred i.e. Rs.300/- or compensate this including it in the
subscription value.

Dish TV — Complaint no.-4511357 dated-19/01/11 not attended

Our Dish reception on paid channel (Such as Zee, Colour etc) is not being displayed on tv screen. However our TV screen is displaying as under :-

"201 card Refresh Error
"Check the status of your viewing card (VC) activation with your nearest dealer"

Our Dish Tv particulars are as under

In response to our Complaint no.-4511357 dated-19/01/11 it has been informed on our mobile no.-[protected] that complaint has been resolved and hope your are satisfied where as problem still persist.

We tried to contact you on number [protected] but could not get you. But still we are in contact with ur supervisor of the area Mr.varun for the last three days. but getting the reply that due to dish tv mistake the box no. supplied to us is matching.

Since matter has already considerably delayed we hope the mistake is rectified and resolved at ur end early to avoid any further inconvenience to us(customer) who has already paid the dues to you.

Dish TV / Satellite TV — CHEATED BY DISH TV

I boughtDish tv for the first time wherein 1 got 100 days of viewership free.100 days later when i called customer care service then i was told that i could subscribe for full year and the payment to be paid is for 10 monthsonly,Meaning pay for 10 months n get 12 months.However i wanted to downgrade from Premium to Gold saver pack.And i was told that i was getting the offer.The Gold saver pack was worth 270 Rs per month.So i paid 2700 through ICICI net banking for ten months so that i could get 12 months as per the offer.
Later on when i checked my Date i was shocked to see my dish tv subscription was renewed by 10 months and not 12 months.I called customer service to inquire.I was shocked to know that i was not getting the offer because i was downgrading to Lower pack.They said whenever downgrading the pack i have to subscribe for 1 month and after finishing that month only i can subscribe for year.But the customer care executive who guided me never told me this .
Because of their own peoples mistakes we customers have to suffer.nobody would renew for 10 months at Rs 270 when i was getting for it for 220 rs if i had taken yearly offer.i mean 2700 divide by 12.
i regret to inform that i have successfully prevented everybody from Buying Dish Tv services in my locality and so also the freinds and evrybody i could possibly reach to

Dish TV — ENFORCEMENT FOR GOLD PACK SUBSCRIPTION

COMPANY IS REPEATEDLY PUTTING PREASURE TO SUBSCRIVE / RECHARGE WITH GOLD PACK ONLY AGAINST VC NO [protected]. WHEREAS I DO NOT NEED TO VIEW SO MUCH OF CHANNELS. THE COMPANY IS REDUCING RECHARGE DATE EVERYTIME. SIMPLY THEY ARE CHEATING.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
