[Resolved] Dish TV — Will not fix
I have been having technical issues with my dish for the last month and a half, since End of November, 2007. The problem is I cannot get all channels on my TV, it gives an error saying "Signal not found" when trying to view some channels. I have been calling Dish TV customer care for over a month now and they still have not fixed my problem. We have spoken to a couple of manangers also but nothing happened. Finally, a technician showed up on Saturday, January 5th, 2008, he checked somethings but said another technician will come and fix it. Today, Tuesday, January 8th, the same technician comes and says will require power on the roof to fix the issue. Of course, there is no power on the roof, he simply said, "they cannot do anything unless we get power on the roof". This is ridiculous, I live in a multistorey building, these guys expect me to bring power on the roof or else they cannot do anything....
Its not my problem to bring power on the roof, it is their duty to see how to fix the issue. The customer care for Dish TV is useless, they have no customer sense, I will get my money back by returning this junk to them.
