[Resolved]  Dish TV — Fraud in the Recharge expiry dates

Complaint::-

My VC No is [protected] in name of Nonie Khanna
I recharged my Dish TV with Recgharge coupon of Rs Rs 700/- on 12 Nov 2009 & my Dish TV was recharged upto 10th Jan 2010.
But from 30th Dec 2009 you are sending messages that the Dish Tv Validity expires on 31st Dec 09.
I request you to look into this matter and reply to me with details the reason for changing my renual date from 10th Jan 2010 to 31st Dec 2009.Where as the message in my Dist TV expity is still 10th Jan 2010.
Reply on immidiate basis.
