[Resolved]  Dish TV — not get some channels

Hy, I am your dish tv costemer I have 2 set of your dish tv. old one is [protected] and new one is [protected].
My new set is inturpted so I its is in repair. When I tell my dealer he said that please enter your new vc card in old stb I do that but I cant receive any channel with out free to air channel.
This problame is created before 4 days when I complain to my dealer he said me I had alredy sent email to you. But I cant receive any channel right now.
So please tell me Its is possible or not. please give me reply of this email emmediatly

I have 3 dish connections with following detail :
vc no.[protected] main channel like Starplus, star one, HBO, Star Utsav etc could not be seen since more than two months, complaint through phone always no reply,

vc no.[protected] main channel Star plus give problem like checks most of times and bad signal!

and vc no.[protected] is ok but when it rains, theres no signal or poor quality.

Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

I too have same issue, Not able to get Sahara One, NV TV Imagine, SS Music, Live India. Dishtv people are not sure what they speak, completely incompetent.

my dish tv set top box is not working.I have purchased it an year ago.I had also given the set top box for repairing but the engineers hired by dish tv returned me the same set top box after 15 days saying they are unable to repair it.I mean what d hell they havnt even open the settop box, ITs seal is still intact and gave me after 15 days without giving proper reply to my phone calls.these holes are so lazy they dont even answer to the phone calls.dish tv channels are good but its customer service is worst...

Hi I am your dish tv customer my VC no. is [protected] for last five days i have problem with my dish tv that some channels are missing i scanned channel but still some channel are missing. I lodged my complaint to dish tv service centre bareilly but no one come to attend my problem. I tried to contact to customer with toll free no. [protected] but no. did not connected. Kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
