[Resolved]  Dish TV — Poor After sales service

Dear Mr. Shahrukh Khan,
Today I realised that we have one thing in common---we both r Paanchvi fail--otherwise we would not with associated with Dish TV. U r promoting Dish TV and I am a suffering Dish TV subscriber.
Try calling up the Customer care no. [protected].Most of the time u'll hear a voice in FOREIGN ACCENT informing u with regret(Sorrrrrrrrry) that the no. is busy.
After repeated attempts, i[censored] r lucky u will be connected to Dish TV.U will be given an option to spk in Hindi or English, though Hindi is my Matra Bhasha, I opted for English and after waiting for some time(Listening to promotions going on) I hear a voice speaking in Hindi-Kya main aapki sahayta kar sakta hoon...Why the option????? Then u have to give ur whole bio data..name, contact no. fathers name, which school u went to...I[censored] use computers.my VC no. will give u all the information.DO U GET PAID FOR RECEIVING CALLS SO U EXTEND THE CALL??????
Shah Rukh ji, I hope u r still reading this...I lodges a complaint on 14th May as I was not able to see some channels.I was told that the Dish needs to be realigned and it will be done in 24-48 hrs.Fair enough.
Today when i called up again and after repeated attempts I was able to get thru. I am told today that now it will take 48-58 hrs.How did u arrive at the figure of 58? It is beyond my understanding...
When I requested the Customer Care Executive to expedite the process, he was very positive and he increased my AGONY LEVEL in his system and told me it will be done in 48-58 hrs.Now how do u increase the agony level and still do not change the complaint response time...i can't understand.
Bhai Shahrukh badi mushkil hai, lagagaya maine dish TV hai, Main hansoo ya Royoon..Karoon main kya karoon...
Waiting for Ambani Sir to start their DTH operations...Will be the among first one to join them...
Wish Karo Dish Karo and paanchvi fail ho jaayo...

Dish TV — No service after sale

Dear Sir,
I had been a victim of Dish TV's poor service. Suddenly all channels disappeared from my TV on last Friday(4th Apr 2008), so we logged a complaint and we were told that someone from technical team will come to us with in 24 hours. But no one turned back by Monday also.
Then we called customer care again and we were told that Dish TV will immediately cater our request and they will take disciplinary action against who have not acted on time. They assured that problem will be solved by evening or maximum by Tuesday morning. But no one bothered from Dish TV to look after the problem. Then I called customer care again. And told them that if they don't work on my problem I will go to the consumer forum. That person again said that they will cater my request immediately and take disciplinary action.
But nothing has done so far. Problem is intact. These guys don't even fear consumer forum. We called more then 10 times to the customer care.
Please let me know what can I do in this condition. Shall I go to the news paper and let the people know the reality of Dish TV.

My Installation (VC No: [protected]) is still Imcomplete & I am getting pathetic response from Dish TV customer care/field engg's... My complaint no is: 13955200 but still no one has attented it... & today customer care told me that status of my call is closed in their database, though no-one has attented the call...

Called several people in Dish - Mr. Sunny Talwar, Mr. Adil, Mr. Bipin Kumar but no one responded back.. Cant expect such pathetic services from DISH TV..

1. Signal is always weak and lot of channels dont display due to weak signal strength.
2. The customer care is pathetic and they speak very rudely.
3. Technicians dont have proper tools to troubleshoot problems.
My Installation (VC No: [protected]) is still Imcomplete & I am getting pathetic response from Dish TV customer care
I have complained about the problem with my set up box.I spoke to your service person at ahmedabad on 13th.Then again i called on 13th and he assured to visit on 14th morning.I have asked my roommate to stay at home as i wa at office and given my friends num to Dish tv person.Till after noon 2 pm my friend waited for the person.No calls no visit...what is this service???We have lots of option now in the market with relience, sun tv and all coming and if you are contiuing service like this u will not survive long.

Very poor after sales service in dish tv. Highly irritating phone lines which makes my blood pressure so high by making me wait for about an hour every time I try to call the customer services of dish tv. That also pumps my telephone bill. At times I feel like cursing them for making us fool and cheating us with indirect expenses. All i would say is Dish Tv is a big cheat and costly affair. They attract the customer by showing big celebrity like Sharuk Khan and give a big bull in return.

my vc no . is [protected] . sir i m highly discouraged from tthe after sales service of dish tv .i am highly harassed from the service and now going to complaint in consumer court ...... your personnel for complaints never turned up and made us calling them again and again ....... every time they opted for a new excuse bt never turned up ..... i am a business man and time matters a lot for me .......
