WE SUBSCRIBED DISH TV ON 08-05-09 BUT FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY WE ARE FACEING A LOT OF PROBLEMS FIRST OF ALL AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TOLD US THAT THE SAME WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HRS BUT IT NEVER ACTIVATED IT TOOK NEAR ABOUT 48 HRS, I PAID RS 1500 TO DEALER & RS900 TO THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME TO INSTALL THE DISH TV, I RECEIVED INVOICE FROM DEALER FOR SET TOP BOX BUT WHEN I ASKED YOUR REPRESENTATIVE (TARUN)TO GIVE THE INVOICE OF RS 900 HE REFUSED AND TOLD THAT WE ARE NOT IN A PROCESS OF GIVING INVOICE OF THIS AMT.NOW FROM 10 DAYS ITS NON FUNCTIONAL WE ARE GETTING DISPLAY THAT CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE, WE HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE NO [protected] BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, WHILE TALKING TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE YOUR REP TOLD US THAT THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM DUE TO MOISTURE & THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL BE SENDING AN EXECUTIVE WHICH IS NOT CHARGEBALE TO US BUT WE RECEIVED ONE CALL FROM YOUR LOCAL REP HE TOLD US THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PICK & drop us & pay the visiting charges, this is very redicilous, i am working in mumbai & i have taken dish tv at lucknow for my parents, kindly look in to the matter we have chosen dish tv because it is one of the oldest and best but with this experience & treatment i am getting is really very pain full.
