[Resolved]  Dish TV DTH — Not attending complaints and threatened on Phone

Dear Sir,
I got installed Dish TV DTH on 8/6/2009 vide challen no 3732 from your authorised distributor
M/s Chhabra Communication SCO-26 Mugal canal Market Karnal-132001 ( Haryana).I got renewed my packages 0n[protected] from platinum to silver and paid Rs.700/- for three months when there was no message on the message box for next renewel date I contacted him but I was informed that you should not worry your next renewel date is 14/1/2010. But I received a message on my mobile 14/11/2009 that my platinum package is expiring on 14/11/2009.on enquiring I was told that we have given a message to Dish Tv why they have not changed we dont know .Anyhow i got again recharged and paid Rs. 300/ to M/s Chhabra Communication on 14/11/2009 for silver package with one additional COLOR channel. vide receipet no. 1420 dated 14/11/2009.But my additional channel COLOR channel did not work then I telephoned to the distributor on 16,17 & 18/11/2009.he informed me that we hvae already activated your request may be there is some problem in Box and bring box to our shop and pay Rs.170/-extra. when I asked him that this box is under warranty period and you are liable to repair. He misbehaved me on telephone and threatned to do what ever you want to do. This is highly intolerable and cheating the public by demanding extra money under warranty period

I got reharged on 14th Nov and he does not bother to attend my call upto 19/11/22209

I would request you to take necessary action against against the distributor and if possible cacel his distributirship

DEAR SIR,
WE ARE A DEALER FOR DISH. WE SENT A BOY TO BRING RECHARGE COUPON FOR RS. 10000/- FROM RDC GHAZIABAD ( U.P.). 2 MEN WERE SITTING ON THE COUNTOR NAMED IS NEERAJ RASTOGI AND DEEPAK. THEY 100/- BACK TO MY MAN IN LIEU OF ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT IN PLACE OF 6%. AFTER ASKING ABOUT THE THING, THEY MISBEHAVED WITH US ALSO. PL TAKE SOME NECCESSARY ACTION AGAINST BOTH THE PERSON AND THE ORGANISATION WHO IS INDULGING IN THE MALPRACTILCE. EARLY ACTION WILL BE APPRICATED.
