Dish TV DTH — Upgrade not done & Poor Service | |||
Dear Sir, Last week i recharged my Dish TV Subscription twice in order to upgrade my package.My Viewing Card Number is [protected]. as per the direction i applied to upgrade my package through my Dish TV login id. No upgrade was done till today. within this week i complained almost thrice regarding the upgrade. they replied me saying that my package is upgraded.But actually it is not done till now. i'm really annoyed with their poor service. if they refund my money i can find out some other service provider than this cheating Dish TV service provider.Dear Sir please do something about it. this is the way this Dish TV Service provider regularly cheat the customers.
