[Resolved] Dish TV — Firangi channel ACTIVATED without any request(same problems appear second time)

Firangi channel ACTIVATED with out any request(same problems appeared second time).
My actual recharge date for month april is 13 april 2013 but the same hasbeem reduced to 11 th of april 2013 because an ala carte pack Firangi channel ACTIVATED with out any request(same problems appeared second time) while the same had been deactivated(request no:[protected] by myself on 24 of fev 2013. i am feeling cheated second time by dish tv.I have already registered a complaint on dated[protected] with companit no:[protected].

DISH T.V. — No channels appear for viewing

Dear Sir,
I have recharged my DishT.V. account in Manoj Electronics, Thane Naupada, Thane West for Rs. 350/- My V.C.No. being [protected]. The same was charge at 2.00 pm today ie:23.08.2011 and till yet no programmes seem to appear on the T.V.
My request to you is to kindly verify my account and confirm to me as to why there is so much delay.
