[Resolved] Dish TV — fraud through customer care while activation of service
I have my dish tv connection with RMN [protected] with VC No. [protected].I have enquired through your customer care center regarding reactivation of my service .At that side of call Mr. Manoj Kumar Attended my call dated 16thJune 2013 around time: 19:05 on my RMN and requested me to recharge with an amount of 250 Rs. with an offer to change my account from HD to SD and requested to avail that offer after recharging and calling again at Dish TV customer care center no. [protected].When I again call after getting recharged of 250 Rs. amount with transaction ID[protected] customer care representative Mr. Deepak Mishra(Time 19:40 pm) told me that there is no offer like this you will have to give separate request for the same.After refusing the offer previously told by previous customer care executive I requested to get talk with some senior fellow and complaint the same.At other side Mr. Deepak Kumar (Senior Executive) again refused for such an offer and also refused to repeat and confirm it with his call center executive.
I request you to please convert my service as per offer mentioned or other I will be bound to close my dish service connection and persui it with legal level and TRIA authorities with all damage cost at Dish Tv provider.
