[Resolved]  Dish TV — about recharge

i am recharge the dish tv in 1oct in 125 rupee .
its not working today. what a bad servise. my mob no [protected].
plz sir what the reasons behind it.

I brought dish tv rayachoty kadapa district, AP. now its working in piler, chittoor district, AP. On 24.07.10 my father inlaw paid Rs.750 and got recharge coupon. He is not well aware about the recharge. retail shop owner scratched the card and recharged. shop owner told that it is pay 6 and get 7 offer card. He given scratched card also. But they disconnected for 5 months only. Now when we ask him, he is not giving proper answer. simply escaping. Now what to do? Please do justice.
