[Resolved]  Dish TV — not working

I have complaints so many times but my Dish TV is not working properly. I could not see any channel. There is so much of disturbance. I have paid the subscription for full one year yet could not see due to some problem. My VC no. is [protected].

vcc no [protected] - inspite of various complaints dish tv not working from last 10 months inspite of that we have paid advance payment up to may 2008
I am very upset with the service of DISH TV . I have been frequently giving complains for getting it rectified for last 3 months but there has always been commitment from the call center that there will be a engineer coming to get it rectified but thank for the pathetic services till date there has no one come to get it rectified thus I have booked a tata sky connection today thus please terminate the services and get the refund processed .I have recharged for 6 months and i was able to use the setrvices for 15 days only after that i have been complaining and since last 3 months services have not yet been rectified . I want the services to be terminated and refund the amount i have paid .

I have complained large number of times and then only I have booked a new connection of tata sky .I have spoken to the local distributor and as discussed with him " we have taken the connection in BIG BAZAR scheme in mumbai and I am recharging online thus he does not get any commission so he will not resolve the problem .
We have recharged the dish tv but still i am not getting the response so please help us. My number is [protected]. So please do the needful waiting for ur response...
I have DISH TV connection with full package till August 2009, but suddenly none of channels are working from morning. I called up customer care and after waiting for long could get through and raised the issue. The representation said he reset my account and it should work in 15 mins. As usual, it did not work and i had to call customer care again and bear with stupid Sharukh khan's voice for 15 mins! This time the representative conveniently said that systems are under updation so he can not do anything! and asked me to try calling after 1 hour to check if i'm lucky.

This is not the first time that i have had such a bad experience with DISH TV. I'm totally fed up with their services and would like to take up this issue very seriously now.

I am using dish tv since last 3 to 4 years, i am facing many problem regarding complaint of dish tv customer care.
I have 1 + 2 dish tv connection at my house, recently i have recharge my 3 dish tv VC 1 parent and 2 child for Rs 1800.00 on 1st of July 2009 through customer care centre. i have opted for full package recharge. i have been told that my all three connection will get full channels as i was getting it previously also.
After 6 hours my dish tv has been updated but one child connection [protected] does'nt get star packeges, no sports channels and many more channel is not comming. i again call customer care for complaint on 2nd july the lady has taken my complaint and told me that she has updated my account and also refresh the channel also so you will get all your channels. i ask for my complaint No and she give me my customer complaint no 24380800. but i had got no result.
again i have call customer care on 4th july today at Ahmedabad customer guy call Mohan told me that you had no complaint with us i have told him the No 24380800 also but he say there is no such complaint. then i had told him my problem that my one child VC [protected] is not getting certain channels, he told me that you will not get the channel and you have to pay for that channel. No child VC will get these channel. then i told him that i m getting it on another Child VC and i was getting the full channels since last so many times, he told me that i could be some company mistake that you gets the full channels,

Dear sir please help me what to do, each time i call custormer care there is some new guy and they say some new story every time. I am very upset with the dish tv complaint there is no proper answer for the complaint and the customer care person is also not aver of the complaint they received what are there solution and they also has no manner who to speak to the customers. they used very rough languages.

cheep service very difficult sms format may loss up to 10 Rs above this is pakka cheetting .In home pack no need FTV you simply add one cartoon channel, FTV sex is not intersting net cafe and internet is enough Why beacuse ALL ARE IN BIRTH DAY SUTIE we are hopefull to adding a cartoon channel insted of FTV
my set up box is not working, i already complaint dish tv office jodhpur rajasthan there is no response.

I purchase a DTH connection from Dish TV on 25/08/2012, two days it work very good but in the morning 27/08/2012 i open the tv it show recharge your connection. i phoned to local dish tv distributer on the same day, i complained the CC of DIsh Tv, but they told me that we have not recived any document of your connection, so send your SAf form scan copy to [protected] , after that we will start your connection. after i send 4 time SAF form to above said email address. after that i contact to head office of dishtv 4 time but till date my coonection not re start

I Talke So Many Time With Dealer- He is denided to Submit my Detail ToCustomer Care. He is saying that I Dont Know What Kind OF DETAIL You are Talking Aabout.I Dont Know.I Rememberd Him My Basic Detail That is updated when acustomer Purchaed a new connection.
