[Resolved] Dish TV / New Dish TV Connection — Refund of my money | |||
I have applied a new Dish TV connection on dated 02.04.2010 and 03.04.2010 against your prepaid option thru online on your web site www.dishtv.com. On 02.04.2010 I have applied two times and one time on dated 03.04.2010, from my credit card. The money has been deducted three times from my account but i could not get any single connection from Dish TV, even after sending my bank statements. After repetaed reminder by Email and telephone to their customer care services, no action taken by them. People are saying that Dish TV is very good but my experience is very very bad in this regard.Dish Tv is a big company but i never expect such poor responce from there side. Now i want full money refund from Dish TV which has deducted my credit card account. Please suggest me, how i can get my money back from Dish TV. Was this information helpful? | |||
