Dish TV — no service provided, no reinstallation | |||
This is in regards to the Complaint Registered with Dish TV on 21st October' 12 to Re-Install My Dish TV, after Relocation, which even after More than 1 Month, is yet to be Resolved. There is No Response from Even the Karnataka Nodal Office Level Mr.Guna & neither from Dish TV Customer Representatives, and there is No Will, from your their End to Resolve the case, and Install My Dish TV. Umpteen Phone Calls, Repeated Written Mails, have been given, but there has been No Response. It is Shameful for an Organization of this Level to have a Nodal Office Level, who does'nt Even bother to Attend a Customer Complaint Addressed to Him even with Repeated Reminders. Considering, I have Paid an Annual Subscription Payment till January' 13, and for Past Almost 1Month, I have not Viewed by Dish TV & Considering No Action / Response from your Organization, I would not be able to see in Future also, therefore I want Dish TV to REFUND My Money into my Credit Card Account from which the Payment was Made. OR Alternatively, Starting October'12 to January'13 ( For 4 Months ), Keep My Money as Reserve, which I can Use in Future Under My Account.
