Re-storation of Cable connecation
Dear Sir,

Ref.: Complain no. 30158116 send to DISH TV INDIA LTD.

I have already been complaint to DISH TV through e-mail dt. 20.10.09 & customer care telephone several times bu no action is being taken by DISH TV ( PLATINUM PACK). They have disconnected our TV connection on 08.10.09 while the expiry date of recharge (near about) 31.12.09. We have discussed with customer care executive several times but no positive response is given by him till date. Our TV connection has already been disconnecated by him. You are kindly requested look into matter.

We are enclosing here complaint letter dt. 20.10.09 send to DISH TV for your reference.

Sub: Illegal Disconnection of Cable Connection.

Ref: Parent Viewing Card No. [protected].

Dear Sir,

I have taken Cable connection in my name with Child Viewing Card No. [protected] with effect from 12.4.2007 through your Dealer M/s Laxmi Electronics, Opp. Bus Stand, Near Chhatri Wala Mandir, Modi Nagar , U.P (Mr. N.K.Gupta – [protected]), Dealer I.D.No. 14521. My Cable has been disconnected from 8Th Oct. 2009. When I contacted your Dealer then I came to know that another Child Viewing Card No. [protected] has been allotted and used by some unknown person whereas I am using only one Child Viewing facility. On the basis of One Parent and One Child Viewing facility I had deposited Rs. 3,990.00 dated 04.5.2009 under package – PLATINUM.

Since some other person is using the second Child Viewing facility, so I am not all responsible for this act. Hence you are requested for the followings:

1. Current Monthly Payment Schedule.
2. Restoration of my Cable connection immediately under package – PLATINUM.
3. Credit of amount debited to my account for Second Child Viewing.
4. The actual amount to be paid for one year under PLATINUM package and date.

Your immediate action in this matter is expected.
