[Resolved] Disha Direct — Poor quality of construction and delayed possession | |||
My Name is Anjali Randeria, (contact No : [protected]), had booked a plot along with construction of a Bungalow with Disha Direct in their Mango Village project based in Vikram Gadh,Near wada. After several follow ups and visits the bungalo was ready after approximately 3 years and more. The Builder refuses to provide me with a possession letter and so we have taken forceful possession on my bungalow. The quality of construction is extremely poor. Rain water gets into the house as the slope is in the wrong direction. There are several cracks in the walls and ceiling is also uneven. I had approached the builder Santosh Naik, but in vain as he has openly declared that Mango village project has incurred a loss to him and so he is least bothered to do anything. Please advise what can be done as I will have to get the entire Bungalow repaired as the cracks in the walls are so huge that there is a possibility of the wall breaking down. The French windows are loose and misaligned. electricity work is incomplete. i had extended the construction by50 sq ft and the builder refuses to correct the agreement which was earlier was 700 sq ft. Timely payments were made to the builder by the bank. Please advise a way to make the builder bear the cost of repair and delay in providing possession Was this information helpful? | |||
