DISHA ENTERPRISES — Non delivery of parcel
I sent an important parcel to M/s. BILT Graphic Paper Products Ltd., Tal Indapur, Pune through proffesional courier Docket No.PNQ 176879 dt 11-06-09. It was told to me that parcel will be dispatched within the 3 working days. But since 9 days over till now the parcel has not reached to Ms/ BILT. And the local proffesional office are unable to conform the status of the same.I am evry upset by the kind of service provided by Un(Proffessional Courier).
Since the matter is most urgent I request you to look into the matter.
