[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge

firstly i got 3 months free watching wen i took d new connenction, den after 3 months when i recharged my card with silver saver pack for a month, it finished within 20 days... d next time i recharged, again i got only 20 days watching.... wat is dis??? is 20 days=month??

I am VINAY KUMAR vc no. [protected].My recharge was due on 13/01/2011. But suddenly I got the massage That my renewal date is 08/01/2011. I went to DISH TV dealer and paid him Rs,250.But due to server problem it was recharged on 07/01/2011and the dealer made a mistake. He sent vc No.[protected] instead of [protected].Now after repeated complains (Nos.52616448 ,[protected] and many more telephonic conversation ,I get only one reply "PLEASE WAIT FOR TWO HOURS". or "SERVER IS NOT WORKING".I don't know when it will be resolved. In the mean time they have De-activated my connection also on 09 Jan 2011. For deactivation their server is perfectly all right,But to resolve complaints it is not working.And now they are asking for RS.20 Activation charge also.

Can any body help me?

I have done dishtv gold pack recharge for a month, on 28/02/2013 ie tody at 07:38hrs.

I have received a message on the same date to my registered mobile number that the plan has been changed and the next recharge date is 18/11/2015. However, though the plan has been changed, a message that my cutoff date is 18/10/2014 is shown on the screen and my account details also shows the same. Please look into this matter.
