[Resolved] DishTV — not responding | |
To, The Dish TV authority, Sub:- Complaints Respected sir, I MR. A. K. SARAB beg to state that I am as customer of your esteemed organization i.e., dish T. V. Being a customer of your orgn. for last three years over and I got very nice service towards connection and recharge. As I found now the said instrument is not functioning so, I gave the instrument to repair at your service centre which is in jeypore on 01.11.2009. After ten days I came to know the box is facing liquid problem and I inform them to send one new instrument in the against of destroy one. But after I request him to give a new one neither they are response to me nor they are giving any service . As I am facing this kind of problem for this 20 days for enjoying the entertainment through ur dish T. V. so, who is going to bear the recharge bill. I would like inform you that i have paid Rs 109.00 for freedom package on 07.07.2008. But till no response has came from your side. Therefore, i may kindly be help as early as possible to you so that i could be sow the programme.
