Dear Sir,

A dish TV setup box S. No. 0752BF46DS31963 VIEWING CARD No.
[protected] was purchased from Bigbazar Kanpur, UP with sticker label
of Dish Tv Shop No. 21 Somdatta Plaza, Kanpur and installed by their
associates HURRY Services 186 Anand Puri, Kanpur [Located at Somdatta
Plaza, Kanpur] on 20.8. 08 wide their Book No. 061 Bill. No. 3023
paying installation amont of Rs. 200/-. The recharge amont of Rs.
262/- +25/- as late fee was paid to Hurry Services Kanpur wide their
recept No. 634 on 01.9.08. But recharge was denied saying that minimum
activation amount Rs. 1350/- is required as Activation charge and one
month recharge can not done.

Such type of terms and conditions of activation charges were not put
during the purchase neither the activation charges are mentioned any
where on the papers delivered to us.

Kindly look into the matter and inform us so that further step can be
taken or otherwise the set along with other costs paid by us may be
received back.

As per talk with phone on cusomer care on 22.9.08 at about 7pm. He
assured that it will be activated within4-24 hrs. But I am sorry to
inform you that nothing is done. Again another complaint no. was given
as 15977865 by the your service.

While on my email complaint number was given as 15747319 which was
said that not traceable?

I am also attaching installation certificate and proforma [2 Files
attached] as given in booklet which your service centre says that it
was not sent to me by the dealer.

It is surprising that no any solution is given by you also inspite
your assurance by your mail complaint number 15747319 and phone
complaint number 15977865.

wrong recharging

i have recgharge my dish tv by golden pack for one year by internet

but they were charge my account by platinum pack only for 4 months

i was purchased a dish tv 05/11/2010, uttrakhand. The recharge amont of Rs.

DishTV — Heavy charges without activating any services

We are using dishtv dth register in the name of Sunil Jain Login ID 1349114.

We have been charged by dishtv for the services which we have never requested to them.

This is continuing from past one year and complaint for the same has been raised but never solved.

Hereby we request the concern authority to arrange for the refund in time or we will be force to take legal action.

Consider this posting as warning.

We have paid recharge fee on 12.03.2012 for one year.
Now the company has sent message to pay fee again w.e.f 1st January 2013. Actually fee is paid upto 11.3.2013.
Why this is so?
I am a online customer, i have book connection through Compare DTH.com on 11.04.2013 paid online, i got connection installation on 13.04.2013. till 14.04.2013 my connection is not activated. no one is ready to give me proper reply against my problem. i tried so many times to customer care and dealer but no one is taking care of my problem.

no signal and no response from customer care.

My vc no. is [protected]. I am facing loss of signal from last 3 days. I can not view a single channel. There is also no response from the customer Care till now. So, solve my problem as soon as possible.
