sir, when we buy a new dish tv we told if we are not countinue dishtv subsripition they ask us no problem u have to continouing FTA, FREE TO AIR CHANNELS, BUT WHEN WE INSERTED SMART CARD IN TO SET TOP BOX THEY WILL TOLD US RECHARGE THE SERVICE.SO I WANT TO KNOW WHY THEY BLOCKED FREE TO AIR CHANNELS. PLZ HELP ME.
