Your service in Sindhudurg District of Maharashtra is extremly poor. We have to wait for 5 days just to receive the documents. Also the track on courier is of no use since it does'nt give exact location during the transit of courier. Was this information helpful? | |

Sub: FINAL Notice for Payment of our Outstanding Dues.
Sir/s,
With reference to the above & our multiple intimations to your Local representative P.R.Sahu, we are to give you our final notice for payment of our dues, as detailed below:
1. Rental, Maintenance, TDS, etc Dues - Rs. 4, 02, 516
2. Legal (Lawyer, Misc, Expenses) - Rs. 65, 000
3. Electricity Outstanding as on 21-06-08 - Rs. 18, 485
4. Damages (alteration in structure, etc) - Rs. 2, 00, 000
Therefore, the Total Outstanding amount as above payable by you is Rs. 6, 86, 001 (as on[protected]. The break-up of Rent, etc dues is detailed in Annexure-I enclosed alongwith.

Please note that you are not allowed to shift, remove any of your belongings, assets from our premises without prior written intimation to us. You shall deposit the keys of the premises at our above mentioned office & shall make no Trespassing in our premises without written intimation to us.
You shall lawfully settle our outstanding amount within 7 days from the notice date, failing which, we shall charge Rs. 10, 000 as penalty per day, as well as, proceed with a Cheating case against you at Courts at Bhubaneswar and all charges for such case will have to be borne by you. We shall also be forced to inform the matter to all statutory bodies & councils like SEBI, etc for blacklisting you at all levels. Last but not the least, we will have to sell all your assets and realize our outstanding.
So take notice of our ultimatum and pay up our Outstanding charges as above.
